The cat that wants to live with me...

So, there's this one cat that hangs around my building that really wants to live with me.  There are tons of cats around in general, but this one doesn't run away from people and he decided some months ago that he wanted me as his owner.  I, unlike most of my neighbors, do not encourage him by feeding him or giving him milk or anything else.  Frequently, he also is at my window at night when I go to sleep and back again in the morning when I wake up.  He's trying really hard!  While I will not be taking him in as my own cat, he was being really cute yesterday, so I had to put up this picture of him.
